Each pearl is a hand-rolled oolong leaf, small enough to slow-release as it unfurls in the cup. The jasmine scenting is done the traditional way — fresh blossoms layered with the leaf overnight, removed before packing. No jasmine extract. No added fragrance. The scent is in the leaf. Brew at 80°C, 3 infusions minimum.
